We remain independent throughout the project, providing design direction rather than supplying products. Purchases are made directly between you and your chosen suppliers or contractors, while we produce the detailed design information needed for accurate pricing, coordination and implementation. From first concept to final completion, we stay involved to maintain design continuity and ensure the original vision is carried through with care.

You're free to appoint any suppliers or contractors you choose. Where appropriate, we can recommend trusted makers and specialists we've worked with before, but all purchasing, contracts and financial arrangements remain directly between you and those parties.

Design fees

Each project is individually scoped based on scale, complexity, and level of coordination required.
