These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the services provided by StudioDeWynter (trading name of Tony De Wynter]) (“the Designer”).

By engaging the Designer’s services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

The Designer provides interior and kitchen design services, including:

  • Design consultations (in-person or remote)

  • Design audits and proposals

  • CAD drawings, layouts, and specifications

  • Advice on materials, finishes, and furniture

  • Design + Supply services, including procurement and coordination where applicable

The scope of each project will be agreed in writing before work begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your space, requirements, and budget

  • Respond in a timely manner to communications and requests for feedback

  • Provide access to the property where required

Delays in communication or access may affect timelines and delivery.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees will be agreed in writing prior to the commencement of work.

Payment terms will be outlined in the Designer’s proposal or invoice.

The Designer reserves the right to suspend work in the event of late payment. Interest may be charged on overdue amounts in accordance with applicable UK legislation.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, documents, and materials produced by the Designer remain the intellectual property of the Designer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Client is granted a non-transferable licence to use the design solely for the intended project.

5. Third Parties and Supply

The Designer may recommend or coordinate with third-party suppliers, contractors, or consultants.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, the Designer is not responsible for the performance, workmanship, delivery, or contractual obligations of third parties.

Where Design + Supply services are provided, the Designer may assist with procurement and coordination; however, contracts with third parties remain between the Client and the supplier unless otherwise specified.

6. Liability and Insurance

The Designer maintains appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Designer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

The Designer’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the services.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

7. Changes and Cancellation

Any changes to the agreed scope may result in adjustments to fees and timelines.

Cancellation by the Client may result in fees being payable for work completed to date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
